SADO Offers Sentencing Law Update Training

The State Appellate Defender Office, in partnership with the Michigan Department of Corrections Ingham County Probation, presents a Sentencing Law Update training at WMU Cooley Law School in Lansing on Friday September 16, 2016 at 1pm.

About the Instructors
Anne Yantus is the Clinical Director at U of D Mercy Law School. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Defender at the State Appellate Defender Office, specializing in sentencing issues and plea appeals.
Bill Vailliencourt is the Livingston County Prosecutor. He has served as prosecutor for over 20 years and has been head prosecutor since 2013.
