Fourth Amendment Racial Justice Project
The Fourth Amendment Racial Justice Project is a project to provide court-appointed attorneys and public defender CDAM members with pro bono assistance through research and writing on Fourth Amendment issues.
This project is launched and managed by Anne Yantus, Pro Bono Counsel at Bodman. Pro bono legal partners include Miller Canfield, and Kitch. SADO and CDAM are project partners providing resources and training.
